Pre-order questions asked via email were quickly answered. While my initial order arrived short one lav mic, they quickly sent the missing mic to me.

I'm very impressed with the product (Lark MAX Duo) and so far it's done a great job. I use these weekly for a video that I shoot and have also started using them for a weekly ZOOM call.

Actually, I'd give the course a five-star rating for the multi-state part. My four-star rating reflects my experience with the state specific portion (Arkansas). I did not feel that the Arkansas specific portion matched the questions asked on the actual exam. As a matter of fact, I was very surprised in the actual exam how many questions did not seem to be covered in the online course. As such, I did not pass the Arkansas portion the first time (missed it by 1 point).

I had purchased the text "Modern Real Estate Practice, 20th Edition" on which the multi-state portion was based. In the actual text, I found the Math FAQ section very helpful. It might have been nice for the online course to cover the Math FAQ as well.

I found the Q-Bank most helpful; the ability to generate practice tests based on questions that you'd not seen, or based on specific areas was very helpful.
