Nice easy, straightforward

What has happened to vinted, used to be a good platform for buying clothes, trainers etc that were authentic and being genuinely sold to now a platform allowing people list mass amounts of counterfeit items. It has basically become eBay. Cannot believe or understand why they have let the platform turn to ruin.

Nice, easy and straight forward from initial contact to fitting. Billy was more than helpful in making a few tweaks hear and there.

Ordered around £200 worth of items that were all in stock when I placed the order. Order arrived with 1 item missing, upon checking my protein account it now informs that the item will be delivered in December. I contacted the customer service who said there is nothing they can do but cancel the order. Any good customer services would have had a slightly better approach with rectifying the issue. I.e send out an alternative option without incurring any further costs.

Really nice clothes, well made and long lasting.

Yet again another mistake made by blackcirlcles which left my 8month pregnant wife with no MOT. Left without a car to take my youngest son to school. With no apology and no remorse, I can confidently say that I am utterly disgusted. Dont get me wrong the tyres are always a good price but going on my past 3/4 times of using blackcircles it really isn't worth the inconvienance that comes with the slightly lower price. I have encountered problems every time. Lesson learned this time for sure!!
