Little bit worried as my personal…

Little bit worried as my personal information is actually coming up as someone in Rotterdam!…I am in Scotland.Checked today for a refund ,long wait!,and noticed it.Hope it not a security breach on my personal information.Still no reply from Otrium on what i think is a serious problem .Won’t be ordering until resolved…if at all now.

I ordered an item and paid for it on…

I ordered an item and paid for it on jan 30th 2020 with delivery promised by 5th feb.I have sent emails and still have no answer when i can expect it.It is extremely upsetting that there is noone bothering now they have the money.I have never used this site before and would urge people not to.

You will not be aware, but you have a case ID on email, and every time you open a new query regarding the same issue, you will create another case which makes the progress harder to track and you stand to duplicate actions already taken and possibly delay your resolution.
