Crap do not use

Crap do not use. I ordered wrong item for £79 Told me return is £70. Absolutely diabolical service just go to selco, Wickes or BnQ next time they take returns and you don’t get this unprofessional customer rubbish service. Will never use or recommend. Not worth the hassle see the response it’s called dismissive and not user friendly.

You would be able to arrange your own courier to return these items to us, that may be cheaper than our service.

John Lewis has gone downhill it does…

John Lewis has gone downhill it does not live up to its reputation. I have bought an iPad I tried to return as wanted higher gb. Then bought a reiss dress that did not suit both with receipts within 7 days. Crap service, making excuses and reasons to avoid returns making it difficult. I will go to branded stores or online direct to stores lost faith. No longer a loyal customer.

Awful service ordered over 100 quid worth of stuff and missing item. Unbelievable it was a birthday gift no apology Rang up waited ages gave up tried several times but John Lewis it is not. Not impressed. Overly expensive packaging which you pay through the nose for Can’t live off a name
