Received a non charging vape kit
Contacted Ninja Vapes to be told to return it, which I am happy to do, however feels it’s not a good policy to make the customer pay for the return postage when the item is faulty & I am asking for a replacement, not even my money back.

Booked for my kitchen to be measured on 18th Dec, they should have come on 27th December at 11am.
Never turned up, no message, nothing. Absolutely a disgrace. Still, after reading the last review, maybe I’ve had a lucky escape. I’m disabled & this has caused me much distress. I will obviously have to get someone else to come now.

What a find this company is. I ordered a Carlett Shopping Rollator on a Thursday - it arrived on the Saturday. Just FANTASTIC. I am so pleased with my Carlett as I’m waiting for a knee replacement & have been struggling just using a walking stick. I can walk more up straight now. The seat is wonderful for when I need a rest. It has a hard plastic box with lid on the back & a holder for my stick if I want to take it. I am so very impressed with this company & it will be my go to for anything else I need. Kept informed of delivery all the way - THEY WERE ALSO CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE. Thank you to all the staff, impressed does not cover it.

Most items do not match the size stated. You get lucky dip items, a couple great, the rest not correct sizing. My last time buying from them.

Review of John Lewis
I am horrified that JL can take FedEx word of delivery over mine. My parcel states delivered on 3rd Jan, it also states OBTAIN PROOF OF DELIVERY. I have NOT had my clock which was being sent from JL supplier. Weeks of going back & forth with JL & all I get it tracking shows delivered. READ FEDEX REVIEWS THEY LIE. I love JL but will now never buy from them again. I am an honest person & JL seem not to take any care in believing their customer. My contract is with you JL, not Fexex &it is up to you to chase them. I have a complain in for the 3rd time now, I don’t hold up much hope. Case number is 23623645.
My other parcel (was split for delivery) was missing 2 items, I had to call twice to get a refund for these as they were out of stock. JL you used to be such a great company, now you’ve let things slide. No wonder complies are going to the wall when they treat customers so dreadfully.

Review of Fedex
So, my order states delivered, however it also states obtain proof of delivery which they have not got. John Lewis who I purchased from are believing FedEx as it states delivered, although they paid for proof of delivery & have not got it. FedEx did leave a voice mail to say they had tried to deliver my parcel but no-one was home & would try once more - they lie & I am ashamed to say John Lewis are taking their word over mine yet look at these disgusting reviews. I will be taking my non-delivery up yet again with JL.
