Fantastic company - I had issues with delivery (outside of Tallow + Ash’s control) and they have been so helpful.
Customer service have been fantastic, they have gone above and beyond to rectify the delivery issues and ensured I got my samples.

The products are lush, the scents are so unique and really long lasting on clothing! For someone who has super sensitive skin and has never been able to use fabric conditioner or fragrance based non bio as they immediately set my skin off, these products are a game changer for me!!

Really pleased with my purchase and will be buying again - thanks for creating a product which is safe even on extremely sensitive skin!

Impressed with the two items I ordered through amazon.

The matching final item was no longer in stock so I ordered via their website directly.

2 weeks have passed and the shipping is not updated and the code provided to track does not work. When I contacted the delivery company they confirm they have never received the item and told me to go back to Songmics.

When you email they reply at 3am which makes it difficult to get a response unless you want to wait 2 days for one at 3am.

Not impressed.
