One of the most appalling services I've…

One of the most appalling services I've even had to deal with. To cancel your membership you have to send a letter my physical mail within a window of 3-6 months before the renewal date. I did that and my application has been rejected. For god's sake why does a cancellation request has to be rejected? Moreover, there is no transparency about the royalties and no human to talk to. I truly hope artists will stand up and bring this institution to ruin, as it has been sucking the blood out of the music industry

Excellent printer

I've been using the Q2 for a few weeks and it served me well so far. Everything went well out of the box and the setup was pretty quick. The print quality is excellent and I had no adhesion / extrusion problems. The included slicer is easy to use and you can send the model to the printer via WiFi. For the price of the Q2, this is an excellent product

The product is good but the business is terrible. The pricing is very badly designed and not friendly at all to embarking new users. The Fusion360 app itself is good, but the entire business model of Autodesk is really frustrating.

I've been using the credit card for 5 years, paid in full every month. My credit score has been 999 for the last years but my credit limit did not increase even though I explicitly requested it multiple times. I had to close this account.

Money are taken for subscriptions that I've cancelled a year ago. Also, there is no way to view how many subscriptions you have and where your money goes. The Dashboard is useless and there is no support

Poor Covid policies

Sadly, the company could not reschedule my seat. As I'm heavily coughing post Covid, I don't want to put anybody in danger. It is common practice by now to refund late cancellations due to Covid.

Teams for education is worst

The interface looks nice, but
teams for education doesn't work.
My students cannot find the projects, I can not see what they code or what they're trying to chat with me. Students need to create a new account if they want to join my team. If I create multiple teams, my students need multiple account. Wow, that's some good reasoning there! Python loads indefinitely. Replit is so crappy

Fireship's content is great

Fireship's content is great. It is not for beginners and many concepts are not explained. Jeff often shows you code and quickly mentions what it does with no explanations. The courses consist mostly of giving you ideas which you later have to google and stack overflow yourself. The experience is frustrating. I expected the pro courses to be a longer explanation of the youtube previews, but they are just as brief. Also, a lot of the content is outdated such as cloud functions, firebase initialization and some of the Stripe objects.
