Stools started to fall apart after a couple of weeks and no response from Customer Service despite chasing. Will contact trading standards and then escalate to the small claim court. Avoid!

Northwood Northampton - Awful experience trying to let my property through this agency, The staff managed to completely alienate the tenant who the sued me. When I asked Northwood to attend court to to support me they refused unless I paid them £150 pus VAT. When I explained to the judge what they had done he suggested that I sue them as they have been negligent and unprofessional.
