Fraudulant Business Practices

One star is too much. This company engages in fraudulant advertising. There is no indication on their website that they are in China, only a phone number with a California area code.
I ordered a pair of dog boots that did not stay on. I was permitted to return them but they never provided a return address. After four days of continued emails they finally gave me a return address in CHINA which would cost more than I paid for the boots. I brought this to their attention and another 4 days went by before I received an email appologizing for the inconvenience but no refund and no USA address.
Their return policy clearly states that returns will be honored if product is re-salable, but there is no indication that products need to be returned at the customers expense, to CHINA. They also do not answer the phone.

Great Customer Service

This is a very important website. For us, as small time, family breeders, it means a lot to be able to connect with others who are dedicated dog owners, but who are not professional breeders.
The customer service is great. It may take a few hours for them to respond, but they do and they are very professional.

Flexible return policy

I order two of the bras. While they were comfortable they were not complementary for me. The return process was easy. Thank you for your excellent customer service and customer friendly policies. It means a lot.

The site is a waste of time

The site is a waste of time. Some of the ads are ten years old. I've reached out to several dog owners with all the credentials needed for a dog owner to trust in our inquiry and have not had a single response.
The ads and the dog owners posted need to be vetted. NPI

Hi, I am so sorry for your bad experience. Some of the breeders do not remove their ads but keep their membership active because they have repeat litters. Please get with us by emailing us and we will make it work for you.

If I could give this company zero or…

If I could give this company zero or negative stars I would. They have zero customer service if there is any problem with your order. You are dealing with an automated system. The website states "24/7" customer service. That's a complete lie. I ordered a product on sat morning, and one hour later realized I had order the wrong product. I tried to contact them by phone and by their email contact site and got only automated replies. I tried multiple times. They no longer have a live human in CS.
I then received the product (it had not shipped when I tried to cancel the order) with no invoice or return option label. Tried to contact them again and "noreply". Stay away from this company.

Regarding live chat support, although it is provided for many languages and markets, some markets are only supported during their local business hours. If this is the case, when a customer goes to chat with an agent, a message will be displayed stating when the chat support will be available for that country. We will look into opportunities to communicate this more clearly to some markets without 24/7 chat support since, as you have pointed out, our communication of this limitation to certain markets can be improved.
