What great experience. A lovely calm day with amazing views and such a great bunch of people in the balloon. The pilot was so knowledgable and really helpful. Ground crew were great, really helpful.
Downside is that you might have to keep rebooking as you really are dependent on the weather, wind, visibility etc. Our booking took 3yrs, but others where on there first attempt. So it's the luck of British weather.
Overall a great experience and with highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking. The bubbles at the end was a bonus...

I would NOT recommend this company. they do not know what they are talking about. They set trusts up for families and clearly are just processing them for the money. They expose families to inheritance tax un-necessarily. We have spent thousands unpicking the miss they have left my father's estate in. Now having to sell the asset to clear the IHT they have exposed us to. They lied, where unprofessional, when challenged more than once by other professionals they refused to agree. The costs of the trust is inflated and not worth the money. They are unregulated and do not give any Tax advise. Trusts expose you to various tax implications and not once have they discussed, confirmed or share information on this. So be careful do your research. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Disgusting business practices. Refund pending, gone through small claims court and still waiting first payment. Shocking business practices.
Lies, is full BS. Business practices sketchy.
Payments via a 3rd party as no business bank account (words from the horses mouth)
Not even sure its a legal under the money laundering act. Been trying to get our money for 15 month and not had our first payment yet.

Very helpful and got my policy updated quickly and even cheaper.. who would have thought !!

A very calm, professional and thoughtful process. The people who helped us with all the details could not have done enough for us.
Under the circumstances it was a very easy process with everything thought of and so much consideration for all the family.

If I could put a minus I would. We have had our cars from them for a number of years. and to say the last year has been a nightmare is an understatement. They took back the car, spent over an hour checking taking photos, to be told its a lovely clean car and nothing to worry about. A month later we got a bill for 2x scratches 2cm each £450.00 !! I questioned it and asked for the evidence.. they couldn't supply the photos at the house only at the decommission centre. so I questioned it and the amount and how they could justify the amount and how could that be the depreciation value for 2x 2cm scratches. How can they prove this damage was by me and not between taking and decommissioning
... still nothing.. So it ended up with the ombudsman , who took a year to decide that they where within the contractual rights to charge that much.. !!! even though they dont repair or do anything to the car.... An absolute rip off... un justified and very poor service I have sent complaints with no reply. I even asked to pay the bill over a few months and they asked to see bank statements... Even though I still have a car with them and they know my history and credit worthiness... still no reply to my most recent complain mail. !!! If I could afford to hand the car back I would and would NEVER use them again... Terrible company DONT TOUCH them.. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Once you have signed the contract they can pretty much bill you what you want when they collect with no evidence and its just a shocking way to work... no integrity
