Rubbish service!

Dear Taco Bell & Trading Standards,

Re: Store 93002

I am a partner employee for Taco Bell.

On 29/05/2021 at 18-10 I purchased a soft drink and Beefy Melt Griller at Store 93002 in Poole town centre. I work for Just Eat as a courier and was in Uniform, waiting on a order to fulfil in the local area.

Unfortunately, your service has not performed well because after being served, I was asked to leave by Adam, because his manager (Roxana) told him to do so over the phone.

I am disappointed because there were other customers in the store and I was made to feel humiliated when being asked for leave, with no explanation as to why, being told I’m banned and never allowed to return. This was after me paying for a Beefy Melt Griller and Pepsi Max refillable cup. The staff member only refunded me the Beefy Melt Griller but refused to refund the drink, which is against Trading Standards as the service wasn’t as described. I have contacted MasterCard (Curve) to initiate a chargeback for £1.39.

If somebody is banned, your store manager should provide a reason, satisfactory evidence and a banning letter issued by the Retail Park security from the specific unit.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full investigation, an apology, and a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and humiliation caused.
