I gave this high rating as I got what appears to be a great product at a great price, Ordering was straightforward, delivery was very quick and the delivery men were super efficient and on time too, I haven't actually even opened the packaging from my new washing machine but the package appears undamaged, no complaints whatsoever with ao.com, really good experience from start to finish, if the washing machine is as good I'm a happy customer and I would recommend, Thank you ao.
