Quick and seamless process to start
The process was very straight forward to register the vehicles and find the vehicle the potential cases.
Comms update on which were being taken on was quick and professional and for the one that wasn’t suitable it was ruled out quickly.
If the rest of the process is this easy and efficient and I get refunded then it will be a very valuable process.

Awful delivery experience and service
Apparently it’s been delivered according to my email. No tracking info available all day, over 2 hrs late, no knock on the door (I was in and waiting for it), no parcel delivered from what I can see so far.
If it’s damaged as it’s raining tonight or it’s not there I’ll expect a full refund and replacement sent as well - complete joke, absolutely rubbish, no wonder DPD and others have left you in the dust.

Difficult getting Cover for a Diabetic
Having diabetes I was restricted with who would cover me, the prices i'd been quoted were a lot more than what i wanted to pay. What I really liked about TIS was the specialise in diabetic coverage and they were able to get me a quote half the price of what other companies had quoted, they followed it up with simple call and the whole thing took about an hour, seemless, i'd highly recommend them.
