Ordered Avg, it never arrived, I emailed, I called twice and used online chat and was completely ignored so after 5weeks did a charge back. Shame as I am a long standing customer . Never again!

Allows you to get all the way to payment after you have quoted a customerand then states the parcel is too big and the price increased 500%. My parcel was under a metre and under 5kg and I entered all the sizes. It quoted a service but only at payment stage announced the service wasn't available for the dimensions of my parcel. I used chat but they just said sorry !! Update = Parcel 2 Go replying its a base price, it clearly states is you parcel under 1 metre either it is or it isn't , they also suggested talking toan agent, again no success getting a solution. It is not acceptable to allow the buyer to reach the payent stage before announcing a three ties higher cost! I remain firm terrible service!

As with all insurance, its about the claim process. However, I found taking out the policy easy, and was happy with the price and package.

Been using for years. Always fair and honest, can ask no more.
