Liars and Thief's

Haven't got my stuff don't believe I'll ever get it, due to terrible time processing queries.

Might have understood if they had dispatched quickly but no.

Don't use PayPal as on here they don't give you an opportunity to input delivery details and then blame the innocent customer.

In summary Liars and Thief's.

Item lost they can’t be bothered to pursue distributors

I ordered a Guitar over a month ago, it has not been delivered and UPS have admitted it’s lost. Thommann still won’t issue me a refund or even reply to my emails except to contact UPS. Clearly I have and have exhausted that line of enquiry.
