Non sense labels online.. I loved the option to buy registered labels on the website to just drop to the postbox near my house. The last label I bought (paid 18euros for an envelope to be delivered in 2 days) wasn't delivered on time. When I went to tracking and trace I couldn't find my item. I got in contact via chat, but the customer service agent told me that as I was leaving the items in the postbox they weren't being scanned!! I asked what is the point to buy labels online to be told that is to have them before going to the post office. And the worst and more non sense reply: you need to join the queue anyway, as if you just leave in the box INSIDE THE POST OFFICE it won't be scanned!! Please can anyone explain to me what is the point to waste my time, my paper and my ink at home if I need to drive to the post office anyway???? 5 days has passed and no deliver of my envelope

Very easy way of banking and what I liked most, when I needed the customer service, I spoke to one over the chat online and it was very easy to solve the issue I was having with my pin.
