I’ve found it very quick and easy to…

I’ve found it very quick and easy to find a tutor, and I really value the regular contact with them. The tutor has shown great knowledge and has been a fantastic support in teaching my child.

One drawback is that lessons can only be paid for via a debit card, which means I have to transfer money out of my savings/current account to cover this. This would be easily solved if there were an option to pay by entering a bank account number, not just a card number.

I’ve also found the website booking and amending system a bit tricky to navigate, so a more user-friendly interface would make the process even smoother.

Booked a table at st Martin’s lane…

Booked a table at st Martin’s lane Alchemist
Bar was heaving with people so glad we booked
Loved the magic of the cocktails and to be fair they are the same price as other cocktail bars but better
Staff …. Not a bloody clue I handed him a gift card he replied what am I suppose to do with that 🤦‍♀️
They give you 90mins only which IS NOT enough time to eat
We had a starter , main and x3 cocktails there was no time left for us to had dessert and were told our time was up!!
You need to up it to a 2 hour slot at the very minimum ,
We wound have stayed the night if we had a table so took our business to Mr Fogg for the rest of the evening
Food was ok more choice needed

Systems have changed on how you exchange your voucher beware!!!!

Bought a voucher 2 night hotel
With dinner as gift was left looking like a fool
When the recipient said no dates available at all that cover the voucher but if you want to
Book you have to pay additional monies!!! An extra £80 ontop of voucher for a holiday inn!! Money goes up on other places to stay a half decent hotel will cost you £280 plus the
Voucher ( that cost £200!!)
The voucher exchange system has changed recently as it wasn’t like this before
Don’t waste your money and as the person you Buy this for will have to pay more money which isn’t what we buy the voucher for
It’s to cover What we have bought!!
Shame on you but a gift this is a complete con now and I was left very embarrassed at purchasing a voucher my recipient had to pay to go
Buy a gift confirm there are NO breaks available for the whole year 2022 without additional costs be warned !!

Thank you for your feedback, though we are sorry to hear that you are not enjoying the flavor. This is certainly not usual, as most people find it to be delicious! We want to make sure you are mixing the shot properly, as this could aid in the taste and texture! To make your shot, we recommend emptying one sachet into a glass and stirring vigorously as you fill a 1/4 of the glass with cold water to dissolve. It is then best to consume the shot immediately. Make sure to follow each shot with a glass of water to activate the product, as if you wait too long it will begin to thicken (this is normal, it thickens in your belly to allow you to feel a bit more full!).

Poor customer ethos

Bought a divan/mattress which was so uncomfortable I could feel the springs and hear them when Turing over or just sitting on bed. Benson for beds said as it wasn’t faulty JUST a comfort issue they were not willing to help any further
I bought my bed to be comfy ?
Had to buy a mattress topper to make this useable if I could have afforded to I would have thrown out and bought a new one as that poor quality, I will never buy from here again as they clearly do not look after its customers
