I'm a satisfied customer.
The company website is pretty easy to use and the deliveries have been good. I've only now begun to use their "points" system which also helped with the price.

Size 16 feet beware of Bombas XL socks
The gripper socks we bought for my husband, size 16 shoe, said that they accommodated size 16 in their XL size....but this was NOT the case. Disappointing that they don't make a size for truly big feet.
