I have been shopping in my local…from it opened in Monaghan shopping centre and I'll definitely won't be back with the staff that's there

I have been shopping in my local Lifestyle shop from it opened on Monaghan shopping centre. Never have came across such bad manners and no costumers skills ever.Frpm dealing with staff making mistakes and unable to fix them .That I had to leave the shop and call back three days later. When I went back a staff member if you can call her .Instead of asking me can I help you ,she just stood and stared at me till I asked is there someone here that can help me .A very nice lad did help me when the order one actually made a comment about me to another customer who walked in to have a chat with her .Absolutely this is what Lifestyle is employing .If that's the case it won't be opened for long as costumers will take their costume elsewhere. Or maybe sent staff on a costumercate skill course because they definitely don't have it in Monaghan shop.

Wrong shoes sent out They where in the…

Wrong shoes sent out They where in the right box but wrong shoe .When we went into the store with the wrong item ,we then had to reorder only to be told our shoes where not in stock .We then had to order a more expensive shoes. I was not happy at all. I've been and my family always went yo lifestyle but we will now always try elsewhere first .

I paid for next day delivery but didn't get it my parcel till Three days later and no refund that I was charged for.
