Jada was so friendly & helpful when contacting me about the setup or my online account. I appreciate how she completed the process & informed that if I have any questions to call her directly, she'll be more than happy to assist. The teller at the bank was so warm & welcoming. They were having technical issues with the debit card printer & she was determined to print my card at that moment. I had questions and she answered them. Both ladies made me feel like a valuable customer.
