Placed an order 04/25, I receive the same stupid email saying my order is about to be shipped. Well it's been 13 days and enough is enough. I called customer service to cancel my order since it is no way near to being shipped only to be told that it can't be cancelled but I can return it when I receive the order, What? I'm only trying cancel because you're taking forever to ship it!! I will never order from them again and I will never buy anything from this company again, way to go BBW!!

Purchased a carfax report for a car I was purchasing for$39.99; never received the report. Requested a refund, received email saying they will contact me about refund request. Never heard back, Two emails now, no refund. Carfax- steals your money, Don't use this service!
