Scam company

First they require you to subscribe to their pricey prime membership, then they mess you up by changing the price of the flights after you inputed your card details. Finally if you withdraw the paymeny, you find yourself subscribed to their prime membership anyways. This can only be cancelled with a phone call with waiting times of over 20 minutes. Appalling company, stay away from this scam

Customer service is inexistent

Customer service is inexistent, sales team is a joke, and nobody ever tell you how things are straight away. Fast broadband, but nasty marketing price. I hope with fiber competition approaching they'll cut the shady marketing tactics.

Defective contacts batch - no replacement

Order and shipment were fine, but the contacts I got were clearly defective.
I did a side to side comparison with a pair of lenses from my previous supplier and these worked perfectly fine so it’s not a problem with my eyes.

Customer service was not helpful in this instance.

The use of voucher codes crashes the website. Is that a coincidence?

Follow up #1: after my review, they asked me to contact them at an email account that can't be used as too full. Still not looking great!
