Extortionate price increases of 20%…

Extortionate price increases of 20% every 6 months. Never see it manned so cannot understand the increase at all. What once seemed reasonable is no longer. Its daylight robbery. Find another storage company.

Shocking shocking shocking

Shocking shocking shocking. Scam artists and liars.
Booked an airport transfer and was advised it was a fixed price. Booking was confirmed and then received a text message stating if you want to travel via M25 (which is of course the quickest route) it was an extra £10 and you had to pay for car park. Called them and asked about the additnal frees, the man Sharif started reel off even more charges. 😳
On top of this, he said the £10 fee for M25 was due to toll costs for taxis specifically. I had never heard this so googled. There is no such charge of course. When started to say that the toll didn't exist, I was told my phone was breaking up and he couldn't hear me, that old chestnut excuse. I asked what route they would take instead and he said through central, which time wise takes longer. The only sense this makes is to make more money through lying.
As you can expect, cancelled this booking. Would rather pay more than go with a scam company.

Everything has arrived securely packaged and in one piece.

Avoid at all costs

I cannot believe that Asda have nk Carr for customers driving around on usfae tyres, despite 2 appointments with 2 different garages within 48 hours.bit issues no fault of me the customer.

1st garage, compressor machine was broken and when I asked if he informed Asda, he didn't care and said I needed to come back tomorrow despite not being able to confirm if the ma hire would be fixed.
When spoke to Asda tyre team, they said the only option was to reschedule, but during the this time I was verbally abused the the owner of the garage.being a lone female, I was left shaken. The asda agent heard the abuse too. I had to rebook a woth another garage.
I turned up to the second garage only be told Asda had not made the booking fully which meant that the tyres could not be fitted. Asda only solution ot all the issues was to take the tyres but theyvwould not be under warranty. I said I cannot drive my car again due to the tyre safety and a a gesture of goodwill for them to pay for a mobile fitter to come to me. They just ignored that. None of the issues are my fault, all Asda, the lack of procedure in place with their garages and to say their customer service are lacking any skill in service is an understatement. I will never use this service again and would recommend everyone to avoid as if you have one issue it will not be resolved. You will hung up on, be told you cannot speak to a manager, waste even more time going round the houses trying to find anyone in to talk to and get help from, come away with no tyres left with dangerous tyres because they can't do what is fully needed. You come away thinking you have something to create the situation.

Positive feedback in the end

I did have a very positive end experience with Task Rabbit. However it did not get 5 stars because, when I posted the initial job. I got a very quick response from a person who said they can come on the day requested. I shared all info they asked for and then about 6 hours later, they advised they could not make the date. I said I couldn't do their date, they then suggested in the evening of the day I initially wanted. This still was not workable. My issue is that builders should not accept dates if they cannot do it. I asked the builder to reject the job. Another person came back within a few more hours and all worked out fine. Kris was great and finished the job within 3.5hrs. I would use service again.

Not the best experience

Ordered some Jordans online but the online portal doesn't allow you to put a different delivery and billing address in. It looks like it will be ok until you submit the order.
The trainers arrived quite quickly, but they were delivered with the security tag on them, cellotape all over box and marks the heels. They clearly came from the shop floor as could see they had been worn.
Needless to say I had to return these as I couldn't wear due to security tag.
I did reorder and was given a discount on the next pair for the hassle.

Recommendation to Size, update your systems and make the process for returns easier and to have delivery and billing address, and also of size mess up to be able to arrange collection of purchase, reorder by customer services and discount, rather than the customer having to do the work.

Easy and would use again

The actual process was very easy and would use again. My only reason for givng it 4 stars is that the outside of the boxes I used were covered in bird poop. Of course this is is expected to happen as they are outside, but maybe give them a clean every once in a while if not already doing so.

Would give 0 if I could.
I have been after a Rolex for a while and finally plucked up the courage to buy one for my birthday. I visited the store in Mayfair. Rung the bell a man with a clipboard walked up and asked, what watch do you want to buy. No hello, no level of customer service. Explained which one I wanted and asked if I could speak to someone about it. The response I got from him was 'there are no watches to sell'. Asked what he meant considering there were several working display watches in the window and I could only presume they have a stock room hence the security. This shocking experience has actually put me of wanting to buy a Rolex. Had better service from a second hand dealer and would rather pay over the odds than give my money directly to the company.
Rolex you may think you can continue to trade of your name, but your shop floor staff and being very rude. They have no idea who they are turning away and bring rude to. This is not great for a brand that should class themselves on premium quality and service.

Never ordering again

I have ordered from Net A Porter 3 times. Only once have I received my delivery on time and for what I ordered.

I am super frustrated with the lack of service I have received from what will be my 3rd and final order from them. Original order placed on 13th December delivery should have arrived on 23rd Dec, but was not delivered to my address, prove of delivery shows thus despite me asking for it to be signed for. Despite raising this with the customer service team on 23rd and numerous calls and emails, I still do not have my order nor any reasonable update from them on when this matter will be resolved. I have requested numerous call backs from a line manager and nothing.

The customers service team cannot actually do anything, they apparently are reliant on the shipping team to contact the courier. Everytime I speak with them they advise we will raise as a priority. This has been a priority since Dec. Dread to think if soemthing isn't a priority. I was recently told their SLA is 10 days, well this is over and above the 10 days.

To add salt into the wound, I received a generic email saying, thanks for you purchase, hope your enjoying your trainers......well Net a Porter, no I'm not, well the people I bought them for presents certainly aren't as I haven't reviewed them!

From this, I will never order from them again. Once resolved, I will delete my account.

The lack of responsibility from them has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend to order from them ever again.

Shurguard Charlton is very clean and…

Shurguard Charlton is very clean and the staff very pleasant. Was disappointed that it is not clear on the website that there is a signing up admin fee and you have to buy their padlock which is an additional £30. Luckily I am renting a unit with discount.

Since I started renting this unit, the price has gone up by £25 per month. I am not receiving any additional service to warrant the additional fees. Not happy and am changing my rating to 2 due to this. Not happy as when I took out the unit, I was advised that this cost would not change for the duration I took out the unit. Not a happy loyal customer and will have to look for another storage company now.

This is the seond homemedics massager I have bought for my dad as a present. Huge box. My dad loves it. They only downside to this message is thing is it doesn't fit inside a standard chair. It could be narrower.
