Never ordering again
I have ordered from Net A Porter 3 times. Only once have I received my delivery on time and for what I ordered.
I am super frustrated with the lack of service I have received from what will be my 3rd and final order from them. Original order placed on 13th December delivery should have arrived on 23rd Dec, but was not delivered to my address, prove of delivery shows thus despite me asking for it to be signed for. Despite raising this with the customer service team on 23rd and numerous calls and emails, I still do not have my order nor any reasonable update from them on when this matter will be resolved. I have requested numerous call backs from a line manager and nothing.
The customers service team cannot actually do anything, they apparently are reliant on the shipping team to contact the courier. Everytime I speak with them they advise we will raise as a priority. This has been a priority since Dec. Dread to think if soemthing isn't a priority. I was recently told their SLA is 10 days, well this is over and above the 10 days.
To add salt into the wound, I received a generic email saying, thanks for you purchase, hope your enjoying your trainers......well Net a Porter, no I'm not, well the people I bought them for presents certainly aren't as I haven't reviewed them!
From this, I will never order from them again. Once resolved, I will delete my account.
The lack of responsibility from them has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend to order from them ever again.
