Item not delivered despite item confirmed as ordered
I ordered a pair of joggers in the sale on the 15/1/22 and received a confirmation email to state the order was processed. A week later not received a dispatch email or the order. I contacted Fatface for an order status update and received an email today stating ‘Unfortunately, your order had not hit our systems which means it was not processed correctly. This will be why you had not yet received your order.’
If Fatface cannot fulfill an order at least have the courtesy to let the customer know. Very disappointing no problems previously.
