I was so weary about using this website and expected some mass produced synthetic rubbish. But- the trousers are amazing. Perfect for festivals and summer, I got a lot of compliments on them. 100% recommend. I bought 3 different trousers and all are beautiful. Thank you

Terrible.
Absolutely awful these sites exist. It will tell you to pay regardless of whether your car is exempt or not. The actual government site checks.
I wrongly paid as their website told me £14. They get you as appears top of the google search and I wanted to pay before I forgot. So in a rush.
Anyway I queried the fee after finding out I was exempt. They paid the £8 charge refund (demonstrating that they knew my car wouldn’t need to be paid).
They refused the other £6 as this was a processing fee and they told me to avoid this fee in future I should use the official government payment page.

You could have honoured it!!!
I could have booked it online ans got it reduced but instead i waited to speak to the staff member… in case it affected his sales (as we had spoken a few times before).
I should have just booked online then lol

Why use Hermes?!
I am struggling to get my parcel that they tried to deliver 6 days ago.
You are not replying to me.
Hermes us uncontactable.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Hermes lost my parcel. I have replied. I asked for replacements but I have to wait a week for a response again. How is it you reply here within hrs but days via email or phone???

I can’t believe I am the only one to review this company. (I am probably the only one that fell for the fake reviews and now paypal is refusing to refund me unless I return the tat all the way tracked to Australia)
Don’t waste your money.
It looks nothing like the photo. Cheap metal and a plastic painted ‘stone’.
