Review of Scottishclans
SCAM! This company keeps stealing my images and company name - Please don't think this is the real ScotClans in Edinburgh.
They are using images without my permission. Even ones of me kilt making.

SCAM! Fake website. Ordered a jacket that was reduced from £120 to £65. Company pretends to be in UK. Confirmation email comes from another name, not Karen Hope and tracking shows it's coming from China. Order arrived today - a really crappy pink scarf worth £5 was in the parcel. No info was given. Now the site is down.
Should have looked closer at the website to realise it was a scam.
Review of Yodel by InPost
Just had the worst experience with this company. I bought an item in ebay, which was very expensive. The parcel was sent with Yodel. It was to my work address which has parcels being delivered and going out all the time (we are an online shop). Yodel tracking claimed two failed delivery attempts (which was odd as we are open all the time).
Then it was due to be re-delivered on a Saturday. I had to come into work specially to wait for the parcel.
The tracking showed the delivery person had something like 140 parcels to deliver and mine was due to be there between 7.15pm and 9.15pm. So … a very long day waiting. I put up a massive poster outside our office so there was no way anyone could miss it.
At around 7.30 it said 'delivered'. I managed to contact Yodel through their chat who said - yes it had been delivered, I explained it most definitely has not been and asked who had signed for it. (I was the only person in the office). They said the person couldn't sign because they were blind and no name was taken. I had to really push to get this information.
This was obviously an outright lie but they weren't bothered. All I could do was escalate it and they would investigate. I phoned back 2 days later - a 45 min wait on the phone just to be told - it's been delivered.
Desperate I had to put up a request on facebook and get people to look for my parcel. Our local postal person said their colleague had seen a parcel for me abandoned in someones stairwell. This street had one word similar to my address but no where near my street and definitely a different post code.
Thankfully due to social media I found my abandoned parcel. But have still never heard back from Yodel.
Wonder what percentage they have of blind people accepting parcels? This is outright fraud.
