No issue with the eye test, more VE processes.
I have a contact lens direct debit account. Highly recommend it. The issue for 3 stars was that I received a text message saying an eye test was due. I knew that with contact lenses you need regular check ups. I contacted the shop to check before making an appointment. This was confirmed, made an appointment and was advised to have my contacts fitted before hand. When I arrived the optician queried if I was having issues with contacts as my contact lens check wasn't due for another 12 months. It was agreed to just carry out a standard eye test. I had to remove and dump the lenses I fitted before visiting the shop. VE needs to align its text message service with real-life requirements to save people's time and contact lens.

Great response from Lars at Doro to my initial review.
As Doro UK couldn't ship to Northern Ireland, their European section arranged shipment from Europe. This was way above my expectations. Phone and Customer Service are excellent.
Ordered phone on Amazon. No issue. Phone works well with elderly relative but they find the charging point difficult. As doro can use charging cradle tried to order direct from Doro as not available elsewhere. Order accepted then cancelled as Doro do not ship to Northern Ireland. Now have phone that my elderly cant charge due to her hand tremours

Key arrived within 10 mins. Step by step guide very helpful. App for uninstalling old versions of office 365 an important step.
When installation completed I dropped them a note to advise how I know install complete as license expires after 7 days if not activated. Email response with 10mins giving details on how to check. Although this simple check should be in the installation steps.
