Stay as far away from them as possible!
I booked a ticket for $955, and the very next day, my flights were changed by the airline, causing me to miss my connection—rendering the entire ticket useless. It took ages to reach customer service, and when I finally did, they only offered a refund for the base ticket—not for any of the extras I paid for, such as luggage, protection plans, or insurance.
I ended up losing both money and valuable time. This company is a complete scam. I strongly recommend using a more reliable service like Hopper instead.
