Efficient, friendly and careful.

We had a super experience with Holger Danske. Firstly Peter V and Tom (I’m pretty certain that was their names!) came and packed our apartment up. They were incredibly efficient and lovely lads, who took great care of our things. Then the following day, we had Franz, Mikkel and Læsø to move us from Copenhagen to Farum. We had fantastic service from start to finish. Even when we thought we had lost a box (we hadn’t! It was us!), Franz and Mikkel took the time to call us and ensure we looked in the right places. Communication from the office was superb too.
I have moved many times and I can confidently say this was the best possible service. Highly recommended.

Quick sale, get very little.

Firstly, when you get the online figure, do not assume that you’ll get it. They wipe money off left, right and centre for tiny things that should make no difference.
Secondly you will get no value for optional extras (factory fitted tow bar, winter tyres etc).
Thirdly, don’t pay for the fast payment. It doesn’t work and then you have to wait for the money to be returned.
Positives. Chap who bought the car was nice enough. It’s a quick way to get rid of your vehicle if you have no other option. But to be honest a trade in or private sale is better if you can do it.

If we do not uphold our end of the agreement, your premium payment will certainly be refunded, though it's only in an extremely small number of cases that we encounter any issues.

Please be assured that we would only ever reduce your valuation figure if there are any discrepancies between the information you entered online and your vehicle itself, however.
