I absolutely love this brand and these bouquets in general. This order disappointed but it wouldn't prevent me from ordering again (I might just try and buy in store instead of online). I ordered the Love Collection with 9 roses and, although the bouquet was beautifully presented, the quality (or 'freshness) of the preserved roses was not as good as the bouquet I ordered last year (which is still in good condition!). So I feel I may have received roses that were preserved quite a while ago in this order.

My order arrived quickly but I was unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the item. It looked far better in the photo but I am aware there was a caution in the description that photos are enhanced. This is a risk you take by buying vintage online so I'd still recommend the seller.

Completely unacceptable amount of packaging in the delivery I just received, including 2.5metres of bubble wrap for a prouct which is not fragile. During the pandemic, when people have to resort to online shopping, please be more conscious of the environmental impact of packaging your goods.
