Requires Improvement

Not good. Neat products, sure but not that neat if they don’t arrive. Been in touch with customer services to ask about my missing order, to get an automated response of...

Erm. You can help...by sending the order which I paid for 2 weeks ago, many thanks.

I’m full of Christmas cheer and I get it’s a busy time, but don’t promise 48 hour delivery if you can’t fulfill that, it’s misleading. You wouldn’t buy a sandwich for lunch and say ‘nah mate, you keep it for 14 days but take my cash anyway’ (not the best analogy but you get my drift).

I ordered a gift and a Christmas jumper...by the time they arrive, I probably won’t need them, as I’ll have found an alternative...man, I love paying out twice for things SAID NO ONE EVER
