I was very hesitate and skeptical of AI assisted resume writing. I work in Recruiting and have seen a lot of poor resumes. After about 2 to 3 weeks of applying for jobs and not getting any calls I came across "Earnbetter" on Instagram. I figured trying it wouldn't hurt. In the 2 weeks after I have had 6 interviews. Horrible customer service! Horrible company! They had an error with a bunch of super low priced items. I ordered about $40 worth of stuff thinking it might be an error, hoping it wasn't. That was about a week ago. They charged my card and have my money. On their website my order is processing. It will not let me cancel, I have emailed multiple times wondering the status with no reply. I called multiple times over a few days and finally got through to a person who stated that I should have know the prices where an error and not order. Also that they will take however all it takes to finish "processing" my order and issue the refund. Also I was pretty much told they can take as long as that want and that if I was worried about my money then I shouldn't have ordered. I was a first time customer, like I said pretty sure when I ordered it was an error but I hoped it wasn't figure if it was they wouldn't charge me and we would go about our business. Obviously this company does not care about customers at all. They have lost any chance of me becoming a customer. Please be careful if you decide to do business with tacticalgear.com also if you look on "reddit" multiple people are having the same issue I am having where there money is being held with no product and no refund.
