Seems like Nitroflare Upload program is a scam now. Will wait a few more days for payment.

Seems to be a scam. On the site it informs, once reach minimum of $5 the user can request payout and it will take up-to 7 days. Have pass 8 days and no payout.

SCAM - Don't use them.
