Frustrated and still waiting for shipment
I have used this company before and had no issue.  Not sure what happened this time but wonder if they were impacted by the process of being bought out by another company.  
Hardware was shipped with improper paperwork.  I was told that I would have to deal with FedEx - even though I had nothing to do with the improper paperwork.  I made several attempts to resolve the issue with FedEx but they still ended up sending back to sender (Artisan Hardware/new name of company).  I placed the order three weeks ago and it just arrived back with sender.  I considered giving an extra star because the customer service rep was relatively responsive (I didn't have to wait long for a response) but they did not attempt to resolve the issue or offer any compensation.  Very frustrating...and still waiting for the shipment.
