Inapt professionals

Ridiculing service at best.

I've been with these dosser for almost 40 years, to my shame.
I just wanted to have a card blocked after my wifes purse was lost. Not rocket science within banking services you'd think.....

On the back of the card there is a number printed offering 24 hour customer services.

Forget it.

Automated choices to all kinds of products, insights, apps, online credits were thrown at me during my 15 minute wait for a human.

Then but a brief "My name is XYZ, what can I do for you?"

NO APOLOGIES OR SORRY FOR KEEPING YOU WAITING 15 MINUTES".

IT'S OBVIOUSLY BUSINESS AS USUAL TO TREART CUSTOMERS LIKE SEWAGE AT THIS BANK.

Then he goes on to explain that he can't block a Maestro Card.

So why is the number printed on the back of the Maestro Card then, I ask Deutsche Bank?

After a few back and forths he suggests putting me through to 'our' Customer Services. Which left me bewildered and asking myself who I'd called in the first place.

Next chap steps up, takes my three didget branch number, my account number, and..... hangs up+!!!!

20 minutes waisted for the most simple of services.

From my experience you Deutshce Bank are inapt to claim to be professionals of any sort.

Time to take my money and run.

Absolutely lost for words, and bitterly disappointed I've had to give them a 1 star rating. 0 would be appropriate.
