Something is wrong, we just purchased 6 boxes of British Blend, tried bags from each. All taste like cardboard or sawdust. No flavor at all.

My only recommendation is that tint descriptions on the website be expanded, with tint density and bigger pictures so that customers can clearly decide what tint they want.
