Initially, the item came out badly packed - not the actual parcel but the iPad into the iPad box - the plug shipped with the device did not fit in properly and then the item was wrapped so tightly it cracked the screen.
I contacted CeX who asked me to drop it at my nearest store & gave me a full refund - I was able to go online to buy the item again - I did think it would be a different device but they replaced the broken screen on the one I had returned and shipped the iPad back out to me.
I was disappointed at what had happened as it was simply down to carelessness but they came good & customer service was very helpful

Very easy and straightforward to use. Process went as indicated. Would like to see improved pricing why you are selling your phone to them though.
