i ordered my clothes on 29th of oct, it said to be arrived on the 1st of nov, but to this day 5th nov, i get no reply from their customer service, nor any notification from royal mail. I hope u can reply to this and get better with ur service, i paid twice of the delivery price cuz it was a seperate order on the same day. That being said, i need my clothes, asap.

At first, I was extremely worried about the transaction on the pre-authorised as I didn't receive the confirmation as it should have been. However, when I emailed them about the situation, they quickly responded and resolve the problem. GUYS! you are in the raffle even if no confirmation email was sent to you directly. Unlucky I didn't get the shoes. Please don't panic guys!
