SO MUCH HIDDEN COST AND VERY BAD DELIVERY!

I PAIED EXTRA FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY, IT ARRIVED SUPER LATE, AND NEVER BELIEVE THE PRICES BECAUSE I PAID FOR SHIPMENT IN THE WEBSITE AND AGAIN I PAID EXTRA MONEY ALMOST THE SAME IN THE WEBSITE FOR THE COURIER. THERE IS SO MUCH HIDDEN COST. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THOMANN MUSIC AGAIN

We do offer Express Shipping as a premium service and additional option to our standard shipping methods however, the price for this service is always agreed upon by our customers in advance of the order being shipped and fee applied.

We are sorry to hear the express shipment didn't arrive as quickly as anticipated. Our express service remains our fastest delivery option but due to the global pandemic, unexpected delays may occur outwith our control although these remain very rare.

bad delivery and customer service

very unreliable bad delivery and not a real door-to-door experience. shipping team never helps.
not good customer service, very slow (emails taking long time), and very robotic, they give you very obvious answers with no help.

very bad website and zero communication

very bad website. zero
communication, BAD delivery, no followup and hard to use the website.
im trying to contact them for three or four days to check the delivery and it’s useless no
communication.
