Ho acquistato due coppie di penuamtici (essendo di due misure diverse) e avevo necessità di ricevere tutto in tempi non troppo dilatati. Pur essendo stati inviati in giorni diversi e, addirittura, affidati a due diversi vettori i due ordini sono arrivati puntualmente. Verificati i DOT, ho anche constatato che le gomme erano tutte di produzione recente. Devo ancora far montare le gomme, ma credo che non ci saranno problemi: al momento, quindi, posso dirmi soddisfatto.

Ho effettuato il mio acquisto, su espressa richiesta della persona interessata, in vista del Natale. Negozio ricco di oggetti interessanti e particolari, la titolare è stata davvero cortese e disponibile, riuscendo a gestire il mio ordine con tempi solo lievemente dilatati. Sono stato costantemente aggiornato e, all'arrivo, il pacco era accompagnato da un biglietto molto carino. Esperienza, nel complesso, eccellente.

Mi rivolgo a questo venditore ormai da tempo e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto: gli ordini vengono processati rapidamente e la consegna è subire molto veloce. Anche i prodotti, finora, si sono subire dimostrati di ottima qualità. Sono soddisfatto.

No problem to say that he service I received was very good. The seller was helpful and professional and the shipping has lived up, too: the DHL courier delivered the package in 5 days only (from USA to Italy, during Easter weekend). Unfortunately, when you buy a mystery pack, a good service is not enough to be satisfied: buying a mystery pack is like betting and I knew perfectly that it could end well or not. I chose a 15 cels pack ("All Dogs go to Heaven)", hoping for a better chance to find something good: unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough and didn't find anything really interesting, considering that the original price (very good) has more than doubled cause international shipping and, of course, customs duties. At least, I bought 15 cels for about $10 each one: probably that's their value but, honestly, nobody sane would buy deliberately so many cels of this type.

So, in summary: this store is very good, both for professionalism and for service. But always remeber what you're buying, because you could receve notihng really good even choosing the biggest pack, as happened to me.

Come già detto da molti, questo servizio è efficiente e funzionale fino a quando non subentrano difficoltà: il 10 Novembre 2019 ho inviato ad un conoscente una somma di denaro per garantirmi una prenotazione non disponibile in Italia ma, poco dopo, sono stato informato che il "pagamento" non era possibile e l'11 Novembre è stato emesso il rimborso. Tuttavia, ad oggi non c'è traccia del mio denaro: non è disponibile qui su Paypal e nemmeno sulla carta di credito abbinata. Ho provato molte volte a contattare l'assistenza clienti, ma ho sempre ricevuto risposte automatiche di nessuna utilità. Comunque, il servizio è peggiorato negli ultimi anni, credo dopo l'ingresso della nuova proprietà.

As many people said, this is a useful and efficient service untill you haven't problems. On the last 10 November I sent to a friend some money to reserve an object unavailble in Italy. Unfortunately, after a few hours he informed me that he couldn't receve the amount, so he sent to me a refund. Anyway, after a month I didn't receve the money: there's no record in my Paypal account, and I find the same situation checking my Visa card combined wih the account. During last 30 days I sent many mails to customer service and I always receved an automatic reply: totally useless. At the moment, the situation is still without a solution.
