We arrived SYD to fly to LHR and were informed our flight cancelled no comment or apology. Two hours later we were given taxi vouchers and instructed to attend the Novotel CBD. We arrived at Novotel who had no rooms. Then at 11pm we started searching for a hotel. The Sofitel was great and managed to feed us at close to midnight. That was two months ago. No repayment of hotel costs, no compensation for inconvenience of a 24hr delay. Over a 100 messages and verbal and written assurances. Nothing.

Let me be clear this airline is an utter travesty never again.

Well after wrestling with our Sonos system for eight years we decided to scrap it ! Bought the latest Samsung sound bar system. From cutting the tape on the carton to playing music took a whole 20mins. The Samsung performs as well as Sonos on sound quality the really big difference is it actually works. And it cost less than half of the Sonos price eight years ago. I’m somewhat gratified to see Sonos share value in the toilet. Sonos is utter crap dont touch it !!!

I feel like I’m actually voting for this utter crap by giving it 1 *. Sonos in summary is utter dog excrement. My wife is tired of listening me whining. We just returned to our holiday home in Fiji been here ten days now and unable to get the system running consistently. Today we have zero music and the app can’t even find our system. I have written to a director at Sonos arrogant 🤯
I’m delighted to note their shares are in the toilet, why anyone in their right mind would touch this stock is beyond comprehension.
We are heading to town to grab the Samsung HE-290C. I’m gonna post a video on SM of what I’m going to do with this pile of scrap 🤯 it’s gonna be biblical 🤯🤯

I own 4 Sonos systems. It is the worst crap I have ever purchased PERIOD
Endless pointless updates render the system dysfunctional on a daily basis. The software must have been written by a six year old nothing works for more than a few days.

We all got screwed when Sonos unannounced stopped playing from your phone you need a streaming service now. We had to then buy the Sonos One unit to be able to connect to our system.

This product is truly diabolical and I have said so to a director at Sonos. You want to have your say contact Michael support at sonos com and give him some grief he won’t answer but he needs to share in this misery.

I would strongly advocate for a class action against Sonos demanding $$$ compensation.

Hi All I am a long standing SONOS user. Excellent sound but the worst software in the planet ... written by 6 year olds ???

Recently SONOS have deleted the ability to play owned content “on this device”. This means one can only stream using a paid for service.

The arrogance of these SONOS people is breathtaking and I’m sure a $$$ deal was done with streaming service providers.

I’m taking steps to address this matter in the courts and would be most interested to hear views on this gross restriction of reasonable use.
