Support is non existent
Never really knew what I signed up for ! Benzinga Pro, Benzinga Research or Edge each is individual and a different price. After contacting chat and emails with the inability to get any functions offered in the help video no one told me that I only signed up on a special deal for Edge only. I was confused since prior to that knowledge spent days with support trying to find out why everything I looked at was subscription based and added $$. Now I am looking at Edge which honestly for the discounted price is ok, but why didn't someone contact me and told me the actual purchase. In all fairness, I was overseas when I signed up 12/6 and never caught the email for weeks. Edge is an addition to my information that is obtained via any brokerage so caveat emptor to anyone looking at Benzinga. If you do make the same mistake don't forget to remove auto renew on credit card (not with Benzinga) I had contact via email, via chat, with support and finally after multiple attempts realized that I signed up for Edge vs Pro. If I had known I would never had signed up for news which is obtainable via any brokerage, but now the situation is I still cannot get into Benzinga Edge.
