Support is non existent

Never really knew what I signed up for ! Benzinga Pro, Benzinga Research or Edge each is individual and a different price. After contacting chat and emails with the inability to get any functions offered in the help video no one told me that I only signed up on a special deal for Edge only. I was confused since prior to that knowledge spent days with support trying to find out why everything I looked at was subscription based and added $$. Now I am looking at Edge which honestly for the discounted price is ok, but why didn't someone contact me and told me the actual purchase. In all fairness, I was overseas when I signed up 12/6 and never caught the email for weeks. Edge is an addition to my information that is obtained via any brokerage so caveat emptor to anyone looking at Benzinga. If you do make the same mistake don't forget to remove auto renew on credit card (not with Benzinga) I had contact via email, via chat, with support and finally after multiple attempts realized that I signed up for Edge vs Pro. If I had known I would never had signed up for news which is obtainable via any brokerage, but now the situation is I still cannot get into Benzinga Edge.

UNSUBSCRIBE Doesn't work with this outfit

A few years ago I opted in for their free account. Bombarded for years with the upgrade, although stopped everything since timely information on Dividends meant 3:00 Pm info for the next day X-Dividends. Unsubscribe means nothing to them, you will get constant emails from 3 individuals and unsure if I have to unsubcribe to all of them.

Shame on Trust Pilot to utilize…

Shame on Trust Pilot to utilize multiple shills in providing positive reviews with this company Easeus. I am in the process of refuting charges via the credit card company, and finding hundreds of complaints about deceptive practices with EaseUS. I am also in the process of working with the FTC, and any organization that will at least shut them down in the US. Complaints are far and wide throughout the world, and these scammers will hopefully be stopped.

NOTHING but ISSUES with EASEUS

Migration software had multiple problems, only simple programs which you can migrate on a memory stick worked, anything complex was a major issue. Note, in the process of trying to get a refund, should have done due diligence with other sites prior to ordering. We are at the stage now where they wanted to view my computers and I have turned them down multiple times. They will go back offer 1/2 refund, or the best one is lifetime free subscription, stay away from them. Learn from someone's mistake.

You know how when something is too good…

You know how when something is too good to be true, well in this case it is. I was suspicious at first but I am now a believer truly thrilled at my purchase. This was recommended by a friend and no issues whatsoever. This will be my first stop for purchasing software.

They will rent to anyone, a 3 bedroom place means 12-14 people for multiple days. If you are a owner or rent thru them beware, there is no due diligence and this is especially trying during these times.

IB is head and shoulder above the competition

Excellent, have been a customer with IB for the past 12+ Years. Commissions are very competitive, excellent executions, great platform especially for speed, and mouse friendly for all aspects of trading (buy, sell, limit, etc..). The system maybe intimidating to the newbie and in most cases don't bother if your a new trader.
This is my go too program, although the only drawback I have found is the charting software leaves a great deal to be desired. Most of the traders will utilize 3rd party software for charts, this is a requirement if you are a technical trader.
