I was introduced to Taskrabbit by Ikea. Man, what a find. I have used it to put together so many pieces of furniture. My last Taskrabbit worker (Henry) AMAZING. He was fast, clean and polite. I will continue to use Henry for all of my furniture assembly needs.
Wow! I had such a great experience with The Buckle (Leawood, KS) the last 3 times I have visited. The first was with my son where we purchased some t-shirts that he wanted for school. Amazing experience. The last couple of times I was in was to exchange a pair of jeans which was so easy. While I was there, I was looking for some jeans for my husband. The manager that helped me was so great! I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of jeans. The guidance was appreciated. I will go there from now on to purchase any jeans. They were helpful, polite, energetic. I can't say enough great things. When I had to order online my purchase came quickly. I couldn't be happier!
The pictures arrived perfectly packed and on time! I ordered quickly in hopes I would get them for an event at my home. I am thrilled! They completely make the room! I haven't hung them yet but I have put them in the rooms that they need to be in :). After reading reviews and the return policy I felt I have nothing to lose! I am so grateful I took a chance!
My son sent me the link to order a vintage jacket that he was wanting for Christmas. I ordered it in December and it didn't make it time for Christmas. I received the jacket on January 10th. Which was definitely too late to give to my son. So I held on to it to give it to him for his birthday which was March 7th. I ordered him his normal size which is a medium. He was thrilled with the purchase but it was a bit snug. So I contacted the company to exchange the jacket for a larger size. After multiple attempts I received a message back stating that the return window had closed. As a consumer I totally understand the return window if I actually wanted to return the jacket. I am needing an exchange which is against their company policy. To be exact I was told I could PURCHASE a new jacket if I wanted a different size. In my specific situation I felt since the item that I ordered arrived over 4 weeks late in which it completely missed the holiday that they should show some sort of actual customer service and allow the exchange which I am willing to pay for shipping as well as the restocking fee indicated on their website. I am not sure if it is "actual" people working customer service or if it is AI that doesn't understand how to provide customer service. When ordering make sure you do not have to do a return.

Easy to schedule right from my phone. My taskrabbit was efficient, clean and I felt safe with him in my home. I also loved it because I didn't get spam text messages from a bunch of people like Angi's list (or other companies like that).
Order number- 334808. I ordered for my son a suit that he wanted to wear for Homecoming. It came late so I have no need for this suit. I have been trying to return. No US return address was provided. Only international. Customer service very sketchy. The shipping indicated 8-10 days this is not true but when you look at true expectations it is 30 days on their website. Do Not Order from here.
