I had put off buying a tracker for my cats because I was worried it would be heavy & uncomfortable for them. The design of these is great. They aren't too heavy & the weight is spread around & built into the collar, rather than dangling from the neck.
Neither cat minds wearing them. They don't flinch when they are taken on & off to charge.
Customer service has been good as we swapped to the newer version.
Easy to set-up too.
Artie did get some hairloss at first, but it grew back despite continuing to wear the collar. The only other down side is how addictive it is to chevc whay they are upto on the app :)

Very easy to use

Refreshed all of our sofa cushions for £90. As foam was cut close to size took less than an hour to do.

Ordered 12pack sugar free cookies. £36 plus postage. 1st lot didn't arrive, delivery company said they had delivered but turned out to be the wrong postcode.
Ninelife said they'd re-send and had amended the address. One pack arrived, which was amazing as it still had the wrong postcode, luckily the delivery company thought to e-mail me.
However, only one pack of cookies. I'm told they are £36 for one pack of 12 individual cookies!!! Even their customer service e-mailed be saying I was correct in thinking there should be 12packs, only to change their mind a day later. Offered me £7 back- the delivery fee.

Great green credentials, but non-existant customer service.
Don't switch to them if hoping to use their free electric car chargers at service stations they are always out of service. Trying to get the discount sorted to have a home charger fitted extremely difficult.
Never answer emails and impossible to get through in the phone.

Lovely & warm gloves. Quick delivery.

Smells lovely, recyclable packaging, quick postage. Asts all day. Doesn't dry skin out as much as other natural deodorants.
Does mark clothes after time, as it's a little greasy. Sometimes hard to get the product out and difficult to use the last section.
