Afternoon tea at Ivy Asia Mayfair:
Pleasant restaurant, nice food but the service was way below par and frankly awful!

Our waiter was frankly uninterested and not once checked on us. We asked for a vegetarian afternoon tea, as one person was vegetarian and the other did not eat fish or shellfish. He kept referring us to the allergens page by scanning a code, but we were confused why if we asked for vegetarian options. When the food came he did not explain what was on the trays, just walked off. We celebrated a birthday, which the restaurant knew, and no effort at all was made about it. We had to wait and ask for spoons be able to eat our dessert. Not to mention that our plates were not changed and had to eat our desserts off the plate used for dumplings etc.

I had afternoon tea celebrating mums birthday at Ivy Asia St Paul’s last month and the experience was not comparable. Friendly staff constantly checking on you, couldn’t be more helpful and even went to an effort to present my mum with a little bday treat, which was not expected! None of this was the case at this restaurant :(

We will not be returning to Ivy Asia Mayfair and certainly won’t recommend it to anyone.

Great price, fast delivery!
Ordered 2 pots of paint on Friday night at the cheapest price around, wasn’t expecting it to be delivered till the following week… Arrived on Sunday. Used this company first time, will definitely use again! :)

5 star for customer service!
I recently got a Radley hobo shoulder bag for my birthday, but unfortunately within 2 weeks of using the bag the gold cap from the looping hardware fell off and got lost :(
As I didn’t have a receipt I wasn’t sure what to do, so I emailed the customer service team in a hope that they can send me the small screw part... They responded quickly and sourced, sent the part which easily screwed back on. The bag is back to perfect and I love it! Thank you 😊

Excellent price & service!

Ordered the Mamas & Papas Ocarro pram & carrycot bundle. Was impressed with the price, over £100 cheaper than the same bundle at Mamas & Papas. The checkout was quick and easy, and delivery super fast! Item ordered Friday morning arrived Saturday :) Thoroughly recommend Winstanleys Pramworld!

4Jan2020 update - Still no resolution, all items returned to John Lewis well over a month ago and no refund in sight! Appalling!!

If I could give minus points, I would. John Lewis's incompetence on multiple levels from distribution, product knowledge, misinformation and customer service, put a pregnant woman through 9 weeks of unnecessary stress and no resolution so far. Do not order any maternity wear from John Lewis, they are completely incompetent to deliver complete items again and again.Disgraceful! Get your act together John Lewis!
