When bean bag arrived, it looked lovely but didn’t stay up as much as it looked in pictures.
I contacted about returning and they offered to send extra beans to try before deciding. Added some and it’s made a huge difference. Son is over the moon and very comfy :-)

Ordered a cage late on a Friday. Despatched Monday, received Tuesday. Excellent, in keeping with published timescales.
Sadly, a box was damaged in transit resulting in damage to the underlying panel.
Lisa responded swiftly and arranged a replacement panel straight from supplier.
This has just arrived (Thursday)

Have bought from justgloves twice - been very happy with delivery timescale and the gloves - until a wee blip today.
