Frustratingly poor service!!!
I used to really like Crypto.com! However, as of late and out of all crypto exchanges, this has become the worst.
I moved back to the UK and cannot use my account as my telephone number has changed so i cannot access it. They told me to open a new account and all i get is notifications saying that i cannot have a duplicate account.
For two months now this has been going on, customer service takes 1 week to respond they take me through the same process and then never get back to me and do not fix the problem, it's incredibly frustrating!!
Nexo, and Binanace have no issue, everything is updated and changed in minutes.
For a company spending millions on advertising, you should really invest in customer support and fix all the issues people are clearly having.
