I really like this platform!

I really like this platform!! As a previous user of stan store - I couldn't justify their high pricing and their branding to be everywhere.

I found this, and it has everything I need plus custom domain and much better customisation options and order bumps on landing pages.

Happy to be a new user and look forward to seeing what else these guys bring out in the future of Flowlance

I HATE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!

I cannot express enough how much I hate this company!!!! They have messed me around for months!!!! I am so angry, they always say they do something and don't do it!

Hours i have wasted with their awful customer services called in and gone around in circles for hours while they pass me from person to person!

I called twice in January to tell them that a family emergency had happened and i need to leave the UK to attend to my family abroad and that i may be away fro as long as 6 months. This was totally unplanned and unexpected so it was a very difficult time to pack up my house into storage and leave.

I called twice and both times i got passed around person to person and nobey helped me, i was ignored
nobody helped me pause my contract until i return and i was told if i cancel i must pay the whole contract immediately which is pure criminal behaviour

I was already going through a lot of stress and nobody in thier team would help me

Then someone from the company called asked to speak to me as new tenants are moving into my old address, so they wouldn't help me when I called and now I am away with my family I am still being bothered after being forced to continue paying for something that I cannot use until i return

Worst company I have ever experienced

I find it truly incredible that a big organization like VM can be allows to operate while providing such appalling services to the general public.

I had a family emergency come up and had to leave the UK unexpectedly and now have to be away for 6 months. After calling them twice I was passed from person to person over an hour each time to get no help whatsoever.

They would not let me put a pause on my account to then reuse when I return and they said I have to keep paying every month or pay in full to be cut off.

So now I am away from the country paying for a service that I cannot use.


Today they contacted me saying someone is moving into the property that I am registered and they want to speak with me to confirm this when they have already wasted hours of my time, gave me no help, and caused me nothing but stress .. they want me to help their situation!!

This company is truly incredible, I have never experienced such poor standards by customer service and I do not understand how they are allows me to do this to people!!

Frustratingly poor service!!!

I used to really like Crypto.com! However, as of late and out of all crypto exchanges, this has become the worst.

I moved back to the UK and cannot use my account as my telephone number has changed so i cannot access it. They told me to open a new account and all i get is notifications saying that i cannot have a duplicate account.

For two months now this has been going on, customer service takes 1 week to respond they take me through the same process and then never get back to me and do not fix the problem, it's incredibly frustrating!!

Nexo, and Binanace have no issue, everything is updated and changed in minutes.

For a company spending millions on advertising, you should really invest in customer support and fix all the issues people are clearly having.
