The poorest of quality,not worth the…

The poorest of quality,not worth the packaging.
I ordered a pair of men's mules on the 15th of May,then read the reviews 10 minutes after paying and immediately tried to cancel the order.
I was told it's too late it was processed.
The goods eventually arrived today 2nd of June,Sender not Oliver Harrison but Tommy Tu!!
The items in the bag were lighter than a pair of flip flops, absolutely terrible.
Last time I seen something of such poor quality was off a van on Weston Super Beach front.
Now the process begins of trying to get a refund.

Ordered a Bosch washing machine Friday…

Ordered a Bosch washing machine Friday evening,and had it delivered and installed Sunday morning.
The whole process could not have gone better,the delivery guys so polite, helpful.
Makes a change these days to have great service from start to finish.

Painful

Jaydn has been incredibly patient with us.We had alot of questions to ask,he talked us through all of our concerns,explaining every step of the way.

Since writing this we still don't have a car,poor communication,and mixed messages have turned this into a painful experience.
Probably won't continue with the purchase

I suffer from a bad back and taking…

I suffer from a bad back and taking this into account meant we looked for ages for a new mattress.
The Emma premium was in offer ,the reviews were good so let's give it a try.
Goodbye bad back.
I now need an alarm clock to wake up every day.

Fridge freezer

Fridge freezer, broke down whilst away and defrosted loosing all produce.
Hisense customer service said it was down to hot weather, and as it started working again ok, we're not interested in checking it out
