Stay away,

Stay away,
Bought a £4500 PC from Amazon and spent hours troubleshooting BSODs before finding two faulty RAM sticks. When I contacted STORMFORCE for an RMA repair, they insisted I bear all responsibility for any lost parcels. Ironically, after sending the RAM via Royal Mail (with delivery proof), they claimed not to have received it.

2 RAM sticks lost shipping back for…

2 RAM sticks lost shipping back for repair. :(

Brand new PC bought off amazon for 4500 pounds, spent hours debugging constant BSOD, found 2 bad rams.

Contact to arrange a RMA repair, forced by STORMFORCE to bear all responsibility. Only then to be told they didn't receive the ram sticks even Royal Mail clearly shows proof of delivery.

After Reviewing your 1* Review, we have investigated your initial issue with your system and can see that you opted for an RMA swap on the memory only. As one of our engineers at Stormforce will not be removing/replacing the faulty component we do ask customer to accept liability before the RMA is agreed.

Within the warranty we do collect any faulty parts/systems to ensure that we receive these back, if there are any issues we would query this with the courier and resolve. I can see from your Service Request that you requested to send this back yourself which is not a problem at all, but we do and did advise you to send this back insured/tracked. We recommend this as if the item is lost or damaged in transit then it is your responsibility to take this up with the courier.

I have also reviewed the packaging the item was returned back in and the POD. The POD does not show the same packaging and also does not show a building/reception area, it only shows items on a concrete floor with no confirmed delivery address.

We always go above and beyond for our customers when we can, I am more than happy to discuss this over the phone if you wish.

Scam

This website is disguised as a consultation website but in fact being used by fraudsters for charing your credit card, they will set up a recurring payment on your card, so if you don't notice in time, every month there will be charges on your card.

Terribly insulting rider

Terribly insulting rider
I'm a bit short about 5 feet 6. When is rider is handling over my food to me, he tried to raise it very high that I cannot reach it. I was asking him what he is doing, and he gave me my food and left. Absolutely shocking.
Have already handed this issue to serious complaint team. Now waiting for their reply.
I'm a frequent user, 25+ orders per month.

Outraged

Outraged. I live on ground, saw the driver walk to the main entrance, took a photo of the building number then left, did not even bother to ring, then my parcel shows I'm not home. Witnessed the whole thing, very angry RN.

Look somewhere else if you are buying…

Look somewhere else if you are buying electronics, John Lewis has lost their trust.

Bought a Bose Noise-cancelling 700 headphone with added care for 329 pound on 1st Dec. I tried the phone at store,there is nothing wrong, the sound quality is good so I bought it.

After 2 days use, I found outs there is actually a design flaw in this headphone, it almost falls off 100% of the time I tiled my head backward.

Today, 3rd Dec I thought of exchanging the headphone for a momentum 3.0. So I searched on John Lewis website for return policy, it says no return once opened, but never mention exchange, so I thought it’s still good for an exchange, since it has only been used for few hours. What’s more, Bose.com offer a 30-day money back , so I recon an exchange won’t be a problem.

So I walk all the way to John Lewis near princess street this morning, only to be told that I can’t do an exchange once it’s opened. But hey, this is not mentioned on your website! And what’s more, Bose.com offer a money back no matter what, you don’t even have to say s.



I ended up having to sell this headphone on eBay, prob for a loss of 100 pound.

You see the problem is , I can’t see the fall of problem before I open my box, and once my box is opened, they are not going to give a dime about how the product is.

It’s worth mention again if I just bought directly from Bose for the same price, I will have a 30-day money back.

Given this kind of after-sale service, I don’t see any reason to buy from them, prob never again.
