Finland travel

They are total fraud.
Partial payment system if you forget or are late to settle the 2nd part (which they clearly do without reminding you) is a scam. No way they will refund.

I lost 550 euros due to this and they ruined a christmas travel for a family with 2 small kids. They could have found a reasonable alternative but just ruined you over without any flexibility.

Totally banned forever now. Disgracefull low cost manipulation and ignorant customer service.
